Phoslock secures exclusive distributor agreement with Orion in the US

It was announced on the ASX platform today that Phoslock has secured an exclusive distributor agreeement for the US market with The Orion Companies. Orion manufactures, distributes and sells a range of herbicides, pesticides and fertilisers for customers in most States of the USA. Business segments include industrial vegetation management, range and pasture, aquatics, forestry management and agriculture. Phoslock Environmental Technologies Ltd (ASX: PET) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive distributor agreement with The Orion Companies (“Orion”) for the distribution of Phoslock products in the United States.

The agreement, effective immediately, grants Orion the exclusive rights to market, sell, and distribute Phoslock’s innovative range of water treatment products across the entire United States. This strategic partnership is expected to significantly expand Phoslock’s presence in one of the world’s largest and most dynamic markets for environmental technologies.
